HOW DO I GET XOHM?

3 Steps to Get XOHM

Getting XOHM is easy. There are 3 simple steps to activate your service.


1. Find XOHM Service

The first step is to see if you're in a XOHM coverage area. To do this go to the Coverage tool and enter the street address where you will use XOHM. Once you have confirmed that your neighborhood is in coverage, you’re ready to see which XOHM service option works for you.

For instance, if you want to use our broadband service at home using the XOHM modem - then our Home service is a good option for you. If you want to use XOHM around town with your laptop, then our On-The-Go service is for you.

2. Buy Device

You'll need to purchase a XOHM ready device before you can activate XOHM service. XOHM offers a variety of devices to choose from like data cards, modems, laptops and mobile devices. Just make sure that the products you pick work with the service option you want.

Tip: How do I know if a specific device works with the service I want? You can see which services work with a device by looking for the "XOHM Compatible Service Options" box on each product description page.

3. Activate XOHM Service

Now that you have a XOHM ready product you're ready to get online with XOHM. Make sure you are in a XOHM coverage area and use the Connection Manager to obtain a XOHM connection.

If you are a new member, you'll be asked to set up a new account. Existing members will simply log in. We'll then walk you through the steps to select a service option and activate your device.
